The South Indian Bhajana Samaj (SIBS) began in May 1927 as a gathering for devotional singing in Matunga, Mumbai. The organisation was formally established in 1933. Today, the temple at 400, Telang Road brings together daily worship, bhajans, spiritual learning, festivals and community service.
